It was victory for Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State as the Supreme Court upheld his election in the evening of Tuesday, February 2, 2016.
In a similar fashion, the apex court also upheld the elections of Governors Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State and Ibrahim Gaidam of Yobe State respectively.
The seven-man panel apex court Justices that heard the three election cases however, said they would adduce reasons for their judgment on Monday, February 15, 2016.
